The Center for Sea Change, located at Fleur de Sel in Anguilla, British West Indies, provides a structured in-residence program that guides senior leaders through a process designed to examine how to be most effective in their current or next professional role.
Imagine brainstorming strategies or clarifying professional options while sitting on the deck of a beautiful tropical villa gazing at the ocean and passing sailboats. Fleur de Sel provides the ideal venue for a leader to work with a seasoned executive coach to determine which strategies will be most beneficial during the next chapters of their professional lives.
The process at The Center includes discussion, reading and writing, as well as time for thought. Most clients spend four to five days at Fleur de Sel, with additional interaction by phone or face to face upon leaving the residency. Clients may bring their spouses to Fleur de Sel, but they must do so with the understanding that at least six hours each day will be dedicated to the coaching process.
